Branding, packaging and stores for skincare and beauty brands.
Skincare is sold on trust before it's sold on results. A shopper can't test a serum through a screen, so the brand, the packaging and the product page have to do the convincing. That's the part we build.
Mira Visions builds skincare and beauty brands end to end: identity, packaging, 3D product visuals, content and the online store. Our work in the category includes Turapura (PDRN skincare), GRWOOTS (at-home hair growth) and Idili (prickly pear oil).
What makes skincare hard to sell online
The category is crowded, the claims all sound alike, and buyers have learned to be sceptical. "Clinically proven", "clean" and "glow" appear on half the products in any feed. The brands that break through tend to do one of two things well: they look credibly scientific, or they look unmistakably like themselves. The best do both.
Online, that credibility has to survive a thumbnail. A jar photographed badly looks cheap; an ingredient story buried under a wall of text gets skipped. And a product page that hides how to use the product, what's in it and who it's for will lose a buyer who was ready to spend.
How we approach a skincare brand
We start with the active and the buyer. Turapura is built around PDRN, an ingredient most shoppers have never heard of, so its brand had to explain science without feeling like a lab report: a clean, clinical palette, typography with room to breathe, and packaging where the active is the hero. GRWOOTS sells an at-home micro-infusion device with a serum, a product that needs demonstrating, so the content and the store were built around showing exactly how it's used.
The common thread is consistency. When the box, the bottle, the renders and the product page all come from the same system, the brand reads as established even at launch, which is what lets a new skincare brand ask a premium price.
What we deliver for beauty brands
Every project is scoped to what the brand needs now, but a full skincare build usually covers the following.
- Brand identity: logo, palette, typography, guidelines
- Packaging for jars, tubes, droppers and boxes, prepared for print
- 3D product renders so you have visuals before the first production run
- Ingredient and routine content that's readable on a phone
- A Shopify or custom store with clear product pages, routines and bundles
Product pages that answer the real questions
A skincare buyer arrives with a short list of questions: will this work for my skin, what's in it, how do I use it, and how long until I see a difference. We design product pages to answer those in that order, near the top, with the long ingredient list and the science available for people who want it rather than in everyone's way. Routines and bundles are built in so a customer buying a serum can see what goes with it.
On the technical side, we keep pages fast and image-heavy at the same time, which mostly comes down to properly sized renders and not loading a dozen apps on every page.
Content for launch and beyond
A skincare launch needs more imagery than most founders expect: hero renders for the store, texture and swatch shots, routine visuals, ad variations and social posts. Because we model the packaging in 3D, a single model can feed all of them, and adding a new shade or size later is a render rather than a reshoot. For GRWOOTS we produced the product and lifestyle content alongside the store, so the launch had a full set of on-brand visuals on day one.
How a beauty brand project runs
- 01PositioningWho buys, at what price, and what they need to believe before they pay it.
- 02Identity & packagingThe system first, then labels and boxes checked against your manufacturer's specs.
- 03Content3D renders, product films and lifestyle imagery made from the same brand rules.
- 04StoreA Shopify or custom-coded store built around how people shop the category.

Frequently asked questions
Do you design skincare packaging?
Yes: labels, boxes and inserts for jars, tubes, droppers and pumps, delivered as print-ready files that match your manufacturer's dielines.
Can we get product visuals before samples exist?
Yes. We model the packaging in 3D from your specs, so you can build the store and pre-launch content before production.
Do you write product claims?
We structure and design how claims are presented, but the claims themselves must come from you and your regulatory advisor.
What does a beauty brand build cost?
Brand identities start from $2,500 CAD, Shopify stores from $4,000 CAD and 3D product visuals from $800 per product. Packaging is quoted on the number of SKUs.
