Renting a motorbike is a paperwork problem before it is a booking problem
The work
RapideScooter sells and rents motorcycles and scooters out of Ibn Batouta Mall in Tangier. Bookings ran through WhatsApp and a paper contract. We built the site, the account area that verifies a rider before they can book, and the back office the shop runs the fleet from.
Scope
What was built
The fleet
Three machines, three reasons to rent
The catalogue is not one kind of bike. A trail machine, a crossover and a city scooter each answer a different trip, so the fleet page leads with the use rather than the spec sheet. All three are shot out of the same file on the same floor.
Account and verification
The gate before the booking
You cannot hand a stranger a motorcycle on a card number. Every rider builds a profile first and clears it before the calendar will take a reservation, which moves the document check off the counter and onto the phone, hours before pickup.

A government-issued identity document, matched against the name on the booking.
A valid driving licence. Checked for expiry, not just uploaded and forgotten.
Only asked for when the machine in the basket needs one, so a scooter rental is never blocked by a licence the rider does not need.
Once cleared, the badge sits on the profile and the rider never uploads again.
The site
Four pages that each do one job
The home page is built mobile first, because almost everyone arrives on a phone from a WhatsApp link or the Google listing. The fleet page carries the machines and their day rates. Contact carries the hours, the mall parking address and the WhatsApp number, because half the questions never make it to a form.

The back office
The half of it the customer never sees
A rental shop is a calendar problem. The admin panel is where the machines, the reservations and the riders actually live, so the counter is not running the business out of a phone gallery and a paper contract.
Add a machine, retire one, set the day rate, mark it off the road for a service.
Every reservation with its dates, its machine and its rider, so double-booking a bike over a weekend stops being possible.
The rider record with the uploaded documents attached and the verification state on it, ready at the counter on pickup day.
What is out, what is back today, what is free this weekend, without opening a single individual booking.
The same fleet, folded three ways
Two trifolds for the counter and the mall: one that opens on how to reserve, with the WhatsApp number and a QR straight to the site, and one that opens on the machines. Same photography as the site, so the shelf and the screen agree.

Content
Shot on the floor, cut for the feed
The showroom sits inside the parking level at Ibn Batouta Mall, and a wall of machines lined up under the lights is the strongest asset the business has. We shot it and cut four vertical films from the floor for Instagram.

They built the part of the business you cannot see
“We were taking every booking on WhatsApp and checking papers at the counter, which is fine until two people turn up for the same bike. Mira Visions gave us a site that takes the reservation and an account that has already checked the licence before the rider walks in. The panel behind it is what we actually run the shop on now.”
